Please Read in Full: By doing business/scheduling appointments with The Skin Within you are in agreement with the policy:
 

Arriving Late: Your treatment time will be shortened to fit into the time you’ve allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment is forfeited and you will be responsible for the appointment fee.

 

Your appointment is your responsibility:  While we offer email and text message reminders, failing to receive them or read them does not waive your responsibility for your appointment time.  Parents, you are responsible for your minor children’s appointment times and the fees they may incur for not attending them

No-shows will be charged the full value of the service(s) booked, or loss of a purchased gift certificate in the amount of the booked service(s), or 1 on-account series package credit for that series package service. I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time, this is why I require a credit card from you to guarantee your reservation. I work by appointment only.

We require consultation paperwork for new clients, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early.  Your appointment will end at its scheduled time.


I reserve the right to deny or stop treatment or service at any time for any reason.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

You may cancel your appointment without charge 6 hours before your appointment.

If you cancel your appt within the 6 hour frame, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

 

MONETARY:

Full payment is always due at the time of service unless prior agreements are made.

The Skin Within accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, The Skin Within gift certificates, and Cash.

 

REFUNDS:

All services, retail sales, and gift card sales are final.

Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 7 days of purchase.

Opened skin care products will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

All Sales are final on services, treatments, pre-paid series, and gift cards.

 

MINORS:

Children are not allowed at your appointment or in the treatment room unless they are receiving a service.  Please make childcare arrangements. If you show up to your appointment with a child who is not receiving a service you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and your appointment will be considered a missed appointment. You will be charged for the missed appointment in full

 

If you are bringing your minor child for their appointment, we ask that you leave siblings and other family members at home.  My waiting area cannot accommodate extended family members and it is disruptive to you and myself.

 

Pets:  No pets are allowed in the lobby or treatment rooms (this policy does not apply to animals that are used to assist, support or provide service to persons with disabilities).
